<ORDER>


All first orders go out at 10AM every working day.

All orders placed and paid before 10AM will go out the same day

and all orders placed and paid after 10AM will be go out the next working day.




<SHIPPING>


Shipping period is 2-14 working days.

(Days will depend on the shipping country)


14K products will go into production after the order has been placed and paid for

and will take longer to ship out than other products.

For orders of more than 1 product, the product which is in stock will ship out first.




<Exchange and Refund Policy>


Aino products depreciate in value after it has been sold

and there will be no refunds unless there is a flaw in the product.

No exchange or refund for all earrings due to sanitary reasons.

And please be advised that due to product characteristics scratches and scars

can be made on the surfaces of the jewelry and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.


For exchange or refunds,

please leave a message on the Q&A message board within 7 days of receiving the product.

(shipping fees will be paid by the customer for exchange or refund)

The exchange or refund process will be decided after the product has been received and examined by AINO.

Please send back the product, product warranty document, black AINO box back for thorough examination of the product.




<AFTER SERVICE>


All AINO products will be guaranteed 1 time after service at no cost for 6 months from the day of receiving the product.

There will be cost involved for damages made by carelessness by the customer.

(replacement of missing parts, damages made by force, damages made by dropping, etc)

and damages made by consumption.


All after service requests should be requested on the Q&A message board.

For all after service requests all products need to be shipped to AINO with the product guarantee document

and all shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

For certain products, due to discontinued production of parts after service may not be available.




<STORAGE>


Maintenance is very important wince silver and all gold products may change in color due to air and moisture over time.


The jewelry needle parts can be bent even with little force.

Please be careful in handling the chain parts for it can be broken if pulled by force.


When keeping the product, please use a plastic zip lock bag in order to keep from decoloring.

Silver products can be cleaned with silver cleaning cloth when it changes color.

Do not use liquid cleaning on plated products for the plate will come off.
